HANATSUmiroir invites us to enter the unique world of Nicole Lizée and experience the premiere of Tristan Perich’s latest creation for harmonicas and electronics.
Whether behind the DJ decks, composing for ensemble or orchestra, or producing video works, Nicole Lizée embraces every facet of musical creation. Her music teems with invention—always surprising, always exhilarating. The Strasbourg-based ensemble HANATSUmiroir begins by introducing us to her art, before performing the world premiere of Tristan Perich’s latest work: a joint commission by the ensemble and Musica, which uniquely spotlights an instrument rarely heard in contemporary music—the harmonica.
