Staged Night is a staging of 'night music' by Bach, Mozart, Schuman, Chopin and Ravel in a striking update for the 21st-century by Simon Steen-Andersen. The Danish composer shows us how the music itself can be staged, recomposed and projected for a different present-day spectator. What would be our illustrious composers’ reaction to microphones, real-time electronics, in-concert video and Auto-Tune?
