An all-female Irish vocal quartet, Landless reimagines traditional song through highly precise a cappella harmonies, shaped by the interweaving of voices and the richness of timbre. Their songs bring to the fore narratives of transmission, loss, and exile, in which women’s voices carry the memory of absence and displacement, unfolding over extended durations that reveal their full emotional weight. Between inheritance and the present, their music turns song into a space of presence, at once fragile and powerfully embodied.
