Allēlōn — from the ancient Greek meaning “one with another” — is a solo performance by Olivier Duverger Houpert, emerging from a collective process with several composers. Alone on stage, the musician performs forms of “comprovisation,” in which written materials serve as a framework for music that evolves in real time, shaped by listening and interaction. Conceived as a performative exhibition, the setup invites the audience to move between different sound installations, in close proximity to the musical gesture. Saxophones, objects, and electronics create a shifting environment in which each piece forms part of a shared creative ecosystem.
