accessibility

As part of its commitment to making the festival accessible to as many people as possible, we strive to meet the specific needs of audiences with disabilities. To this end:

  • Our teams are trained to welcome audiences with disabilities.

  • A dedicated contact person is available to answer your questions, prepare your visit, or support project planning.

  • We can personalize your welcome according to your needs. Please inform our accessibility officer of your attendance: we can meet you at the nearest tram stop, reserve a seat or space in the venue for you and your companion.

  • The festival offers a preferential rate available online and at the box office: €8 (solidarity rate, for people with disabilities and their companion).

For Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Audiences

  • Bilingual LSF–French teasers for events identified as accessible.

  • Mobile phone number available for SMS communication.

  • Vibrating vests provided free of charge for certain shows (upon prior reservation by email or SMS).

For Blind and Visually Impaired Audiences

  • Festival brochure available in .doc format for screen-reader use (download below or available on request).

  • Audio introduction to performances upon request.

  • Whispered descriptions provided by Souffleurs d’images, in partnership with OPS, OnR, Le Maillon, and TJP.
